End User License Agreement — Logiciels Inbloom. Last updated July 26, 2026

By purchasing, downloading, or using this sample pack, you legally agree to the following terms.

1. Ownership (Who Owns What)

You are not buying the copyright to these audio files; you are purchasing a license to use them.

  • The original creator retains 100% of the copyright to all sounds.
  • Logiciels Inbloom owns the exclusive distribution rights for this pack.

2. What You Can Do (The License)

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use these audio files in your own original musical compositions.

  • You CAN use these sounds in commercial releases (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.).
  • You CAN use these sounds in beat leases (BeatStars, Tractrain, etc.).
  • You keep 100% of the publishing and master royalties your music generates.

3. What You Cannot Do (The Restrictions)

  • NO REPACKAGING OR RESAMPLING: You may not isolate, rename, resample, layer, process, or repackage these audio files to sell them individually or as part of a competitive product (e.g., a new sample pack, drum kit, or sound library).
  • NO SHARING: You may not share, transfer, or upload the raw files to Discord, Reddit, torrent sites, or any other peer-to-peer network. This license is granted only to the original purchaser.
  • NO CONTENT ID ON RAW LOOPS: You cannot submit an unedited, isolated loop or sound from this pack to YouTube Content ID or any copyright registration system. If you violate this rule and cause a false copyright strike or takedown against another user, you are solely responsible and financially liable for any resulting damages, lost revenue, and legal fees.

4. Liability, Indemnification, & Jurisdiction

These files are provided "as is." Logiciels Inbloom and its Collaborators are not liable for any technical issues, DAW crashes, or data loss.

Furthermore, you agree to fully indemnify and hold Logiciels Inbloom and HATECORE harmless from any claims, losses, or legal disputes arising from your use of these files. If your track receives a copyright claim from another producer using the same royalty-free loop, that dispute is strictly between you and the claimant. It is not our problem.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
